Welcome to our online schedule. If you are new to Nydia’s Yoga Therapy Studio, you must contact Nydia in order to determine which class(es) are appropriate for you. Those who are interested in participating in Therapeutic Yoga classes (whether via Livestream or On-Site at the studio) must communicate with Nydia before registering. Some individuals may benefit from scheduling a private Therapeutic Yoga Assessment with Nydia in order to maximize their personal experience. It is not mandatory to schedule a private assessment, but the call or email is mandatory. Drop-in visits to on-site classes without pre-registration are not allowed. These policies are in place so that you can have a positive experience on your first visit. I want to make sure that you will be participating in a practice that is just right for you and to encourage your ability to set a solid foundation for optimal wellbeing for the long term.

Once you talk with Nydia and know which classes that you will attend, you will need to purchase a drop-in class or a Therapeutic Yoga Class Package. This will allow you to register online for an On-Site (at the Serenidad studio) or Livestream (at your location) Therapeutic Yoga Class with Nydia. You can also access Nydia’s Therapeutic Yoga Video on Demand Services below.

The 5 Class Package is valid for 6 months after purchase.
