Dr. Nydia Tijerina Darby is a registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.  She creates and hosts workshops on a variety of topics including therapeutic yoga methods, injury prevention, yoga lifestyle and wellness topics.  Nydia’s Yoga Therapy studio also hosts internationally recognized yoga lifestyle practitioners/educators.  Keep an eye out for continuing education opportunities in the near future.








The program below is provided for everyone who is walking, running, swimming, cycling, hiking… (you get it)… MOVING for exercise.  Please participate in these stretches AFTER YOUR EXERCISE, when the muscles are warm, so that you can improve the mobility of your major joints.  Doing so can help keep you limber so that you can continue to do the things that make you happy!!!
